The international agency’s study found that most academic and administrative staff are satisfied with their work environment, which resulted from a thorough assessment of the survey in which you recently participated.

At MCBS, we have always believed that a safe, healthy, and accommodating work environment is essential for productivity and innovation. To that end, we have invested in various initiatives to improve working conditions. We organize staff days and performance incentives and encourage and welcome any ideas to boost staff morale.

We proudly share MCBS as the first Omani higher education institution to receive this prestigious global recognition. I am thrilled to share this news with you on behalf of Dr. Muneer Al Maskari, our Executive Chairman.
