Green Universe Enterprise Collaborates with MCBS for Solar Panel Parking

We are excited to share that The Green Universe Enterprise (GUE), recognized as a certified Omani Subject Matter Expert (SME) by Distribution Code Review Panel (DCRP), has established an MOU to partner with us on our solar panel parking project as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts. GUE is dedicated to providing sustainable solutions aimed at offering renewable energy solutions and lowering high electricity costs incurred from NAMA Electricity. The design for the solar panel system created by GUE has been meticulously developed, considering available space, electricity usage, and the necessary approvals from NAMA Distribution and the Authority for Electricity Regulation (APSR). This initiative is aligned with SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) and SDG 13 (Climate Action), while also supporting SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by encouraging collaboration among industry professionals and academic institutions. Together, we aim to construct a future characterized by clean, sustainable energy and make a sustainable impact on our local community. This alliance with Green Universe Enterprise marks an important advancement in minimizing our carbon footprint and improving our standing in the SDGs.
