OQ, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor, announces training opportunities.

OQ Group, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor, is pleased to announce the launch of training-for-employment programs aimed at enhancing the skills of Omani nationals and preparing them for the job market.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to train and work at one of the following companies:

• OQ – Head Office
• OQ Refining & Petrochemical Industries Company
• OQ Primary Industries Company
• Oman Aluminum Rolling Company
• A’Baraj Energy Services Company

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be Omani.
• Must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be unemployed or a recent graduate.
• Must be registered as a job seeker or have resigned from a job at least 3 months prior to this announcement.
• Must not have benefited from any government initiative related to employment or training-for-employment.
• Work experience must not exceed 3 years.
• Minimum GPA: 2.5 out of 4.
