Mr. Raihan shared his research work on competency lifecycle management of faculty members in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to the teaching staff of Department of Business at HCT. He emphasized the need to effectively manage all the four phases of the cycle, which in turn would lead to producing competent graduates equipped with required knowledge, skills and other attributes. Furthermore, he stressed on the significance of philosophical approaches and triangulation strategy in carrying out management research.

Mr. Raihan & Dr. Carl, HoD, Department of Business, MCBS were hosted by Dr. Imran, HoD, Department of Business, HCT. They were later taken around the campus by Dr. Abdullah and Mr. Hasan.
