Can you describe your educational experience at MCBS
It was wonderful. I met a lot of new people and made a lot of friends.
How has studying at MCBS helped you achieve your career goals?
Hard work gets the job done. It's very important to be creative if you want to be successful and that’s one of the things that my teachers at MCBS helped me understand.
What career path did you choose after graduating from MCBS and why?
I was willing to take any job for the sake of experience. Starting from the bottom and building my way up the ladder. I had three jobs since I graduated and three privet business ventures. I left my first job after 6 months for a better offer. Then left my second job after one year because I felt I was wasting my time and effort on a job that didn't add anything to me. And I will be completing 6 year in my current job. As for the private business, I failed in my first two attempts and my third attempt is picking up.
What is your current job title and how have you progressed to that level?
Executive Director at Injaz Oman. Got recommended for an interview through a previous work colleague. Applied for the job and got it after three interviews.
Do you think MCBS played a part in you reaching this position and why?
Defiantly and for many reasons, the level of English students learn. Written communication, problem solving, team work, critical thinking, debates, events and many more crucial skills that prepare students for the real world.
How many people in your company report to you?
staff 3 and over 100 private sector volunteers.
Whom must you report to in your organization?
Board of directors, regional office, and worldwide HQ.
What are your future career goals and aspirations?
Continue my education (Masters). Get officially certified as a trainer. Own a successful business.
What has been your greatest achievement in life?
Yet to be achieved.
Have you received any awards during your career?
Students trained under our organization won, "Best Student CEO in the Arab world 2008 and 2009" also "Best student Company in the Arab world 2009" and this year Injaz Oman won "Best Social Investment Initiative of the Year- Private Sector" in the GCC organized by Tawasul Oman.
What do you like to do in your spare time? (hobbies and interests)

Network, network, network. and I don't mean the internet. Meet new people and build a solid network of professionals that can assist now or in the future. Learn how you can become an asset to any organization you become part of.
